Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Dato’ Sia Hok Kiang, Excecutive Chairman of Malaco Mining Sdn Bhd, is an economic geologist and a successful miner with 32 years of mining and exploration experience.

Dato’ Sia has worked in many mining and exploration projects in Peru, Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuele, Guyana, USA, Canada, Central Africa, Mongolia, Australia, Indonesia, Cambodia and Malaysia.

He is a hands-on man and is familiar with the formation and distribution of mineral deposits, and the economics of mining projects.

Besides being a Council Member of the Malaysian Chamber of Miners and the member of the Malaysian Geological Society, Dato’s Sia is actively advising the Department of Mineral and geoscience of the Malaysia Ministry of Natural and Environment of matters relating to economic gelogy.
 
STEWART ROBINSON
Managing Director Malaco Leichhart
Master in Business Administration from the University of South Australian, Australia.

Serves as the Managing Director of Malaco Leichhardt.

Maintain 14 years of experience in mining sector specially in the North West Queensland Copper, Gold and Iron districts and has taken companies from a greenfield state to mining and processing sites.

Responsible for designing and building a Copper Floatation Plant and Mining Primary Sulphides through old underground workings. Consultant to Mining Plus and was the Project Development Manager for Rex Minerals Hillside Project that mine 180 million tonnes per annum of total mine movement and process 15 million tonnes of ore per annum.

Graduated in Accounting from the University of Canberra, Australia.

Serves as the Director/Company Secretary of Malaco Leichhart.

A Qualified Accountant and Company Secretary having had considerable experience in Directorial, Financial and Company Secretarial roles for 30 years with a number of listed and unlisted companies in the resource sector in Australia, South East Asia and Africa.

Possess significant experience in Finance and Non- Executive roles in the resource sector.

Fellow of Certified Practicing Accountants (“FCPA”)

Fellow Member of Chartered Institute of Secretaries (“FCIS”)
