Group Structure

Malaco currently is a wholly owned subsidiary of Diamond-Hard Holding Sdn. Bhd. (“DHSB”).

Malaco has two subsidiaries namely Malaco Leichhart and BMSB.

Malaco is currently engaged in Mengapur Mine Oxide Iron Ore while Malaco Leichhart and BMSB involve in Mount Cuthbert Copper Mine in Mount Isa, Australia and Sungai Jubau Gold Mine in the State of Pahang, Malaysia respectively.
